EEG Scheduling Flow
This workflow automated a repetitive weekly scheduling task for EEG operations. It replaced manual availability-block creation for four EEG technicians with a recurring flow, standardized an otherwise fragile recurring process, and reduced the repetitive administrative work in a clinical-research support setting.
